At the end of my book The Angel's Smile,
I asked this question:
"What happens next to Angel in his life?"
I thought it would be a great idea for readers to write what they think happens and to send me their story, no matter how short or long.
I'm happy to report that this is what Jakai Leslie - Percival (who I'm blessed to have as a grandson) wrote:
13 years later...
As Angel energetically sprinted through a dark mountain alleyway, when he got to the end of the alleyway there was a loud bang. He could see a large stream of fire. Angel fixed his eyes on the burning building. It was his old school where he earned his certificate for his fabulously funny free-write! Angel was puzzled. After the school got robbed, he spent £750 into their security and protection system, but now he needed to make sure no-one got hurt.
Well done, Jakai!
You're a great writer! What a good idea to follow Angel's journey from a boy to a man. I hadn't even thought that far ahead.
Keep writing and don't forget to smile!
Thank you, Ekundayo and it was a pleasure to talk with you.
Keep up with your imaginative creations!
